« Beautiful location. The pool is a 2 min walk and was clean easy to access. The DVD player is broken but the roku box worked. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Beach access is very close and you can either walk or drive. All day parking at the beach was very inexpensive compared to most places. "on-site" hostess was helpful, kind, and easy to get a hold of with questions. »

« Inside space very nice. Modern, clean nice layout. Roomy and bright. Outside "curb appeal" not great. Front porch was dirty, unswept, and made us think inside might also be that way. Thankfully, inside was quite nice. Proximity to beach, park trails and dining/shopping was excellent. »

« This is not a cottage. It is a multifamily duplex. The owners live on the upper floor, and the bottom is the rental. We had chosen this place thinking it was a single family house. We wanted a quiet home where our toddlers could get good naps and any nighttime crying wouldn’t disturb anyone. Disappointing.The kitchen is tiny and sparsely equipped. « Awful experience. Didn’t get my money back when THEIR a/c went out. They called 30 min before arrival to mention there was no AC but refused to give a refund because they technically offered a different place to stay, significantly more disgusting place to stay. Horrible cleaning, bugs everywhere, mouse poop in the pull out couch. It was the basement of another unit and was mold and damaged drywall that had gotten painted over. list goes on, just a brutal experience that they kept my money over....
