« The stay was absolute perfection! Such a cozy gem in the heart of dowtown Petersburg. All necessities (grocery, convenience, reatsuarants, etc.) Are within 5 miles. Could not have asked for a better weekend stay! The host is very personable and kind! The unit was clean and beautiful. Our family will definitely rebook! »

« Property is an obvious DIY that would not pass inspection. To begin with, the neighborhood is sketchy. Walk through grass to a door that has been improperly installed and drags the floor. No threshold. Washers extend latch so that the door will shut. Safety?! The steps leading in are different heights and there is not a hand rail. Dangerous! « It was a good stay. The only thing I would say about it is, clocks on the wall would be nice in the living room and bedroom. Hooks in the bedroom/bathroom to hang coats/purse and robs/towels on in the bathroom. I would definitely move the remote for the bedroom heater by the light switch. My sons girlfriend and I used the space heater back and forth for 3 days before we found it. The "closet bedroom " is freezing when the door is shut, especially at night, even with the bedroom heater is on....

« We were impressed with the property cleanliness, spaciousness, decor and overall amenities. The wifi was excellent and made working from home very easy for our extended stay. James was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had easy access to shopping. The kitchen could use more dinnerware and silverware. There was always plenty of paper and plastic but we prefer dishes. »
