« The unit is a townhouse in a quite neighborhood. Thee unit was clean and tidy with everything we needed to shower, cook, and to hang out. James communicated very very well. Always a quick response and very kind and cordial. I would recommend this unit for a pleasant nights stay. My only negative is that the mattresses need to be upgraded. They were newer and clean; just need to be get a more luxury brand. »

« It was a good stay. The only thing I would say about it is, clocks on the wall would be nice in the living room and bedroom. Hooks in the bedroom/bathroom to hang coats/purse and robs/towels on in the bathroom. I would definitely move the remote for the bedroom heater by the light switch. My sons girlfriend and I used the space heater back and forth for 3 days before we found it. The "closet bedroom " is freezing when the door is shut, especially at night, even with the bedroom heater is on....

« Host interaction was great, and check-in was easy with clear directions. Like pictured just smaller than we anticipated which was on us! The place was fairly clean overall. That said, for stays longer than a week—even with just two people—I would recommend choosing a larger unit with more updated inventory/furniture.We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and had to purchase our own, which felt unreasonable given the price and length of stay. « We were impressed with the property cleanliness, spaciousness, decor and overall amenities. The wifi was excellent and made working from home very easy for our extended stay. James was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had easy access to shopping. The kitchen could use more dinnerware and silverware. There was always plenty of paper and plastic but we prefer dishes. »
