« It was probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! No exaggeration!!! and the customer service and the sweet wonderful people there they were great!! Special shout out to the clerk at the desk who helped me out in need...And special shout out to the bartender who made us one of his special drinks. »

« Notre réservation a été canceller sans qu on le sache, nous arrivions d’une journée de route il était tard, on avait très hâte de se doucher et dormir mais en vain il a fallu se relocaliser La fille à la réception fumait du pot à notre arrivée et après nous avoir dit que c était canceller et avoir parlé avec Expedia, elle a appelé quelqu’un et riait de nous . « Bathtub was clogged with long filthy hair and I am a bald guy ( wasn’t my hair ) I had to unclog it myself and puked. That means the bathtub had never been cleaned. Please do an effort to improve cleanliness. My worst experience ever this year »

« Arrival 1:00am At first, the receptionist did not want to give me 2 rooms although I spelled our names many times. 20 minutes later, he finally showed me his screen and I could point out my Uncle's name, and he gave me the second key. We went upstairs, the hallway was dark  and dirty. We tried to open the 1st bedroom without succeding. Went back at the reception. He checked on the key and gave it back to me. Second try... not succeeding in openning the door...  Back to the reception...

« C'est vieux et a besoin d'une rénovation majeure. Le bain a été repeint à plusieurs reprises. C'est dégoutant de mettre les pieds dedans. Les fauteuils ont une allure suspecte, je n'ai pas osé m'assoir dedans. Les lits ont les draps les plus minces jamais vu »
