« A couple of items, didn’t impact our stay but thought you may want to be aware. There is mold on the ceiling in the kitchen area from a water leak. Also- sheets on fold out couch were extremely dirty. Had a wonderful time and it’s a beautiful condo. »

« Amazing experience! The host was quick to respond to messages and provided helpful tips for our stay. Host provided great instructions on finding the location and how to gain access to the apartment. The location is great, parking beside building and less than a minute walk to great restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was extremely clean, including the linens. Will 100% book again for a stay in Knoxville. »

« Our second time staying here while visiting our daughter at UTK. Very much enjoyed it again. Great location. Easy walk to both Market Square and Old City restaurants, etc. A definite plus to be able to bring our pup. Thank you! »

« No real complaints about anything. A couple suggestions though. Although it didn’t rain while we stayed there, it would be nice if the place had a full size umbrella, just in case. Also, there was body soap, shampoo and conditioner but there was no body lotion. A couple small bottles of lotion would have been nice. I would definitely stay here again. »
