« We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The bed was comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful. The cottage was very clean. And the hosts were top notch, there to help without being intrusive. We look forward to returning in the future and seeing this wonderful property and family again. on a side note, we were there for a local dog show but it would be a fabulous retreat for a city family wanting to enjoy the farm lifestyle »

« My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible! »

« Loved every minute vacationing at the Guest House "Holly Hill" in Charles City, VA! The Saltwater Pool was extremely luxurious and relaxing! Even though we had quite a few days of rain, the sun still came out long enough for us to swim in the pool! The two new managers Justin and Charles were very nice and helpful. This was their first year managing the property and they did an excellent job! Was sad that Steve Rula, Jr has retired and we missed not seeing his smiling face! Wish Steve the best...

"Tout est sale puanteur..un Ă©difice Ă  dĂ©truire le bain ,les rideaux ..j’ai eu peur aux infestations..je n’ai pas osĂ© dĂ©poser mes bagages sur le plancher..Nous avons dormi dans notre V R de peur de infester nos bagages . Nous avons utilisĂ© le stationnement pour dormir dans le vĂ©hicule.. je ne comprends pas vous ĂȘtes associĂ© Ă  cet Ă©tablissement.c’est Ă  ne rien comprendre !"
