El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! « Host interaction needs to be improved. We drove hours and arrived in the dark. I logged into the app to get our access code to get in our rental. Then I discovered I had to go through a multi step process to gain access to that information . It’s been a dreary rainy day and now it’s dark. Then I find out you need to scan in your license, do selfies answer a bunch of questions, I’m tired I just want in. This should’ve been sent and completed when I made the reservations.
