We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of $75+tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-70lb weight limit and two dogs max allowed.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.
Guest Access:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.
5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.
6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.
7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.
8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.
9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Very cute, right outside of town. Outside has country feel to it,but it is a condo, so it does share a wall with other unit. Very clean, like brand new. Big comfy bed and we really liked the shower too. We brought our dog and had no issues. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Wonderful property
We loved our stay here. It was very clean and everything was as pictured in the preview. We loved the location being so close to downtown. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. We would have loved to have had Kleenex, a place to put our clothes in the bedroom, a tv in the bedroom, and hooks in the bathroom. These did not ruin our stay by any means, but just things we noticed. The hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to get away
Loved everything about our stay! The only thing we thought was confusing was the building/room numbers. When you drive up it was a bit confusing because we didn’t realize there were 3 sets of buildings 1 and 2 and all of them had sets of rooms 201-204 so we spent 15 minutes trying to get into the wrong 204. The customer service was exceptionally helpful and I’m very grateful they were able to help us, but when we explained to them our situation they said this happens all the time (people trying to get into the wrong room. Other than that we loved this stay and would absolutely return!
