« The place is cheaper than anything downtown. It is clean and new. Unfortunately, there is no onsite staff (everything operates via a web portal). I had no hot water during my 2-day stay. « parking was easy. communications with staff were good but it would take a while to connect to someone via phone and we didn't receive an automated email with access info that we should have received. very comfortable beds and clean unit. not enough hot water. »
