« This house is so cute & cozy! It was one of those properties where you feel like you're staying at a friend's or family member's home; comfortable.....not stuffy or stressful with too many fragile knickknacks & strict rules! We loved the back porch for dinner and the hanging swings for reading & coffee. The place is well stocked so you don't have to run out for every little thing. My daughters loved the provided cookies & q-tips, haha! Very comfy beds with soft sheets. »

« What a great little place! You can tell that a lot of love, planning and creating has gone into it. We were looking to get off grid and unwind. This house, even if it is "off-grid" still has a little bit of traffic noise (although it gets quieter as the day goes on). The bathtubs were relaxing. We didn't get to use the wood burning sauna for obvious reasons, but that is just a good excuse to return! »

« Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,...

« Simple property. Basic amenities. Mattresses were soft, a nice retreat from the hard hotel mattresses we have been sleeping on. »

« It was a very nice stay. The quiet neighborhood and peaceful decks were exactly what we needed. The location to the parks was perfect and it’s just a short (beautiful) drive to Crescent City. »

« The lodging was clean and perfectly located. We have stayed at their properties in Grants Pass for years and love them. The kitchens and washer/dryer add even more value. Perfect stay every time. »

« Although the cottage was close to downtown it was a quiet location. The furnishings were perfect and the abundance of windows/skylights made the space bright and cheery. We didn't want to leave. »

« The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our travels. We had hoped to walk to a place to eat dinner, but there were no good options within several blocks of the cabin. »

« Property is very quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy. The road up to the property definitely needed a AWD vehicle which luckily we were able to rent and did not have issues accessing the property. »

« Absolutely amazing Peace and tranquility with nature and all the lovely animal at the property Location is extraordinary right on the river and steps from red Lilly Wendy is amazing and the barn is charming and super comfortable »

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
