« This was a really great place to stay and visit relatives in Cave Junction. We loved the layout of the RV, and the park was very clean and had nice amenities. The RV was clean and the AC was on when we arrived which was great. It was very well appointed and pet friendly. Loved the deck! I didn’t take any stars off but would recommend replacing the reclining couch as the surface is very worn out. I would also recommend updating the shower head as the water pressure was not great. »

« The resort layout provided great privacy and quiet surroundings. I greatly appreciated the self-check-in/out to the cabin. The cabins and Tee-Pee area shared one shower/restroom area that required an unlock code to use and a $3 deposit for shower use much like a State Park facility. The benefit is the privacy and cleanliness in using the shower/restroom arrangement. The host was great: available and accommodating!! I will contact the resort again for a longer stay in September. « We loved our stay here. This cabin is at the end so it offers a bit more privacy than the others. It was beautifully appointed and had all the basics, as well as coffee pods, creamer and comfy bedding. It does not have a fire pit like the other cabins but we were able to start a small fire in the grill. All in all, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay. »

« The cabin provided us with everything we needed, including a beautiful, peaceful setting. Our goal was fly fishing and this location along the Smith River was ideal. We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back someday soon. »

« This house is so cute & cozy! It was one of those properties where you feel like you're staying at a friend's or family member's home; comfortable.....not stuffy or stressful with too many fragile knickknacks & strict rules! We loved the back porch for dinner and the hanging swings for reading & coffee. The place is well stocked so you don't have to run out for every little thing. My daughters loved the provided cookies & q-tips, haha! Very comfy beds with soft sheets. »

« Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. Even my barely mobile 84 year-old mother-in-law could get down to the beach to watch us kayak and swim. My only tiny complaint is that the knives in the kitchen were almost too dull to use,...

« It was a quaint cabin in the countryside and I enjoyed listening to the crickets and hanging out with Finley, the friendly pup on the porch! We really enjoyed seeing the flocks of wild turkeys wandering around! »

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
