« Everything started ok but when I drove around to the back to go to my room, I realized person did not give me my key. When I went back to Herta to get my key, she argued with me that she gave it to me when she didn’t. I had a long day of driving and didn’t need to have an argument about the key. My room was on the second floor. The stairs were extremely steep and very narrow footing. It was difficult to carry a suitcase up those stairs. I got into the room and the air-conditioning was set at 60....

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »
