« We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house and location. Home was fully stocked, beautiful, short walk to the beach, clean, and a great location to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! We were all bummed to leave. Communication was on point so if you ever need anything the host replies quickly. »

« The house is very comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. It is located on the second row only a short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the living room couch. We saw a dolphin from the back porch. The beds were comfortable. We really liked the “hidden” kitchen table drawers where the utensils were kept. The greenery in front of the house provided privacy and a sound barrier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and...

« We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home. »

« Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We’ll miss our stay, and can’t wait to return someday. Also, the little black kitty became our friend! Excellent place! »

« It is a nice and quiet neighborhood! A nice place and a good value for your money! Host Kellie is responsive to messages and wants you to enjoy your stay as well!Could use a new bed frame in the front bedroom it creaks loudly when crawling in and out.Rear bedroom queen mattress has hard ridges which are not comfortable to feel.That said...overall we had a nice stay! »
