« We have now stayed on both sides of this property. We can't say enough good things about the location, neighborhood, and space. We would certainly return. The only thing we'd change is having a Q bed in the primary bedroom. The space may be too small to accommodate, but that would have made a difference. Otherwise, we have absolutely no complaints. « Really enjoyed our stay. Hubby and I stayed 5 days with our two little dogs. Everyone enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and the host was very accommodating. The location couldn’t be better—about halfway between downtown Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, with the beach literally just steps away, and it’s a gorgeous stretch of sand. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need; the hosts have clearly thought of all the details. « Our family had a lovely summer stay at just a fluke. This is a really comfortable, homey rental that has all the feels from your grandfathers vacay home! it seems to be a little challenging to find affordable accommodations for a family of 7 that includes our large dog and toddler grandson, this home fit the bill. We will definitely book again next year! »
