« Inside of the house was very clean and nice, the yard was terribly overgrown and weeds have taken over. The yard was so overgrown I couldn’t let my grandchildren play outside. The weeds are growing in to the electrical box and air conditioning unit outside. We didn’t use the yard outside at all. Communication with the owner was great - we had an issue with the power but he got it fixed right away. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the yard and parking situation. »

« The price fit the gated community but after entering the rental it was apparent it lacked in cleanliness. There were also cob webs and a ton of spiders throughout. « Andrew's Coastal Cottage is Fantastic ! Location, location, location ! Everything was as described, and immaculately clean. The house is well stocked with all the necessities, and a basket of snacks to enjoy. The washer and dryer are top notch, and of course detergent and dryer sheets were provided. « House is absolutely adorable and has everything you need. It’s perfect for an adult getaway. We went with our adult children to explore the area. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house »

« Like everyone else has stated about this rental, I would 100% recommend. The location for me was perfect (not at Atlantic beach and not at the Bouge pier). I find that both of those areas are much more ‘ touristy’ and that was not what I was looking for. This cottage was located right between the 2 and it was so nice and quiet and did not feel ‘touristy’ at all. »

« We enjoyed our stay and the listing was perfectly described. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need. The home was right on the river where we enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets and relaxing on the pier and porch. I loved eating dinner on on the screened in porch and reading my book on the swing. « Everything was impeccably clean! Full amenities include with absolutely every thought to detail from yard game toys to wash clothes specially for makeup removal! My husband, son and I joked we would love to pick the house up and replace our current home with it on our property in Maryland. Host constantly communicated and made everything from check in to check out efficient! Our favorite part was enjoying the fire pit out back making s'mores! Kid friendly neighborhood too! »
