« The television was not working, bed was too hard, and refrigerator didn’t get cold. »

« Clean, quiet and comfortable »

« This new property has room that are a bit Spartan or Minimalist (laminate floors) but clean, safe and a very comfortable bed! »

« Smiling staff »

« Staff , we’re very helpful ! Parking was convenient ! Area was family oriented ! »

« A good night sleep »

« The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place. »

« We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. We chose the Carolina Suite on the first floor because of mobility issues. However, we found the bed was so high that I was unable to get onto it without using a chair. We also did not use the shower because of the height of the tub you have to climb over without any grab bars. I would stay here again, but look for a different room. »

« Perfect location. Beautiful, charming, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast. Loved the poached pear starter! Brandi worked hard to anticipate and meet our needs. She even reminded us to move our car before getting ticketed. Would definitely stay again. »

« Beautiful house in the heart of downtown New Bern. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. »

« The staff was very nice and friendly. It was ok for the money. Only thing was there was garbage outside of the unit which had a smell. There was two dinning room chairs that needed repair. »
