« What a wonderful stay we had ! Our hosts were amazing and responsive and the house and property are amazing. We (2 kids and 4 adults) were treated to a winter wonderland with enough snow to sled on. We hiked at Grayson Highlands, had coffee and treats at the general store in Lansing, checked out the fly fishing spots, and visited Damascus and West Jefferson. Such a beautiful place to unwind! At the end of each day we read books by the fire and walked the extensive trails on the property...

« We were excited about this cabin because it checked all of our boxes — reasonable price, pet-friendly, hot tub, and fireplace — and it had many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our stay ended up being a bit of a mixed experience.The owners have clearly put effort into making the cabin feel cute and homey, but there are so many decorative items and personal touches throughout the space that there is very little room for renters’ belongings. In particular, the kitchen has almost no usable counter...

« It was the oerfect place. W we teally enjoyed it. When we got ready to leave my said "I'm acually gonna miss this house". We travel fir work a lot, so forher to say that, it means a lot. We loved the gazebo with the rocking chairs by the streem. Kitchen had everything we needed plus extra. The owners were easy to get a long with, and went out of there way to help. I would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again. »

« We have stayed at Bear and the unit below named Bull several times over the past 5 years. We love the location, 1/2 block off the little village main street but super quiet. Private designated parking onsite. Close to everything and only 5 - 8 minutes to other great locations like App Ski, Doc Rocks Museum and Play center (must visit- little gem), outlet mall, and Tweetsie Railroad theme park. This unit is pet-friendly. It is an upper unit, so there are stairs every time your little darling...
