« Great place to stay. Had decorated for Christmas. »

« Perfect home for families and friends! Pet friendly home with clean hot tub! We got to see the deer resting in the morning and walking around during the day. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend and return! »

« We had a great stay! The setting is amazing, right next to a peaceful creek, and deer even came right up to the door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and it felt really comfortable and well-stocked. The owner was super responsive and answered our questions right away, which made things easy. Just a heads-up: the trail right outside is under construction right now due to hurricane Helene, but there are plenty of other great spots to walk and explore. »

« The cabin was an awesome home base for our two teens and a friend each. They skied every day - at Beech and Sugar. Host was very responsive - not that we had any issues - tho we asked for recommendations. House was clean and well appointed - lots of bathrooms - great set up for a big family or two! »

« The house is exactly as described. 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Hot tub was great and easy to get to. The beds were comfy. Plenty of seating in thr kitchen and livingroom. We will definitely come back another time. »

« Unbelievable views. Good weather, see mountains for miles. Bad weather, sit on the porch and be in the clouds. Amazing skies at sunset. No traffic as only 1 house above you before the park at the mountain's (Howard's Knob) peak. »

« Our family loved everything about this house. It's not often that a vacation rental is better than the pictures, but that is absolutely the case with Bear Trail. The house is gorgeous and perfect for an extended family, and the views are amazing and the sunrise is stunning! Also our 1.5 and 3 yr old grandkids loved the teddy bears! »
