« Jayne was great! Location was perfect. Home was very appropriately decorated with historical aspects kept in tact but updated for the modern guest. I was traveling with my 84-year-old Mom, so steps to enter were a bit tricky as were doorway transitions and small bathroom. But we mapped out in daylight so she could be extra cautious at night. Great say overall! »

« Lovely historic home right on N. Main Street. Very little traffic and convenient to the ferry. We loved the decor. Nice shops close by and not far from the oldest homes. Check in and was so easy. Unusual heat wave, but the air conditioning was super. We would stay again. »

« We enjoyed our stay here in this cute home. It is an older home so it’s not perfect but worked for our family. This is not rented by an individual. It’s rented by a company and communication is difficult. The smoke detectors kept going off and we had to call 911. There was no fire but the company was slow to respond and wouldn’t send anyone out until the night after we checked out. We had a 2 year old with us who was terrified and we couldn’t sleep because of worrying it would go off. It did...

« We love the house and the amount of sleeping arrangements. The coffee maker broke and she told me that if I can get a new one she will pay me back and all I had to do was leave the receipt on top of the refrigerator. Everything worked out great. She was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely try to rent again next year. »

« Everything was great with the stay! The hot tub was the highlight and I loved that ther was a essential oil diffuser. We had a hiccup wit getting the code upon arriving, but The communication was great. Me and my Husband will definitely be back. »

« Even during tornado sirens and sheltering, Benka and Kieth were phenomenal hosts. I read The Snows of Mount Kilimanjaro and perused an excellent collection of other books available in the cottage. The hot tub was top tier but you just can’t beat the furry company. My goodness those dogs were friendly and soft and just a treat to be around. It was everything I could hope for in a romantic weekend getaway. can’t wait to read the Flying Spaghetti Monster! »
