We stayed when there were no big events going on, so it was relatively quiet since it's a block away from the noisier Main St. We could, however hear the renters in the main house walking around above us. It was a small kitchen/bathroom space, but was fine for us since we spent most of our time out and about. You won’t find a better place to stay in Madison…although, I told Suzie I was going to stop spreading this around because her places are always booked when I want to reserve them (Lol). « First of all, this is a hidden gem. I have to say, we were more than surprised with our stay.Everything was just right. Check-in instructions were 100% accurate. The door entry code worked and there were no issues with it. There were snacks waiting for us. There was fully stocked kitchen. « My husband and I booked this apartment for a last minute weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. It was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was super clean and the complex offered so many amenities. Restaurants, coffee shop and shopping all within walking distance, which was a huge plus! Super safe and friendly community!! »

« The rental property is charming, efficiently and attractively appointed. It was our first visit to Madison, and we very much enjoyed the convenience of walking around such a lovely community. « Such a cool place; plenty of room and perfect location. The whole building is really well done. We couldn't get in and there was no info on my email but it was really easy to get in touch with owner for that and the wifi info. The bathroom has a few loose fixtures but other than that, the place is perfect. We would definitely return! »
