« Shower was just a dribble, possibly a clogged shower head. Igniter on BBQ didn't work and we couldn't find ay matches at the property. Other than that, it was a great place to spend 3 nights. »

We had a blast . The owner’s respond fast and were very nice! We wished we booked more days to experience some of the activities the property offers that we couldn’t fit Into our short stay. »

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking.
