« Our stay at the cabin was perfect for our family. The home is beautiful, the creek frontage relaxing and peaceful, and proximity to Cashiers & Highlands is perfect. We hiked all our favorite trails, roasted marshmallows by the creek and enjoyed our favorite NC mountains to the fullest. »

« Great trip for my husband, my son, and I. Cabin was perfect in both size and location for us to trout fish all day, every day from the yard. Truly enjoyed it. The best part was the location of the cabin and that it was right on the water. »

« Close to Harrah’s. Neat and clean house. Needs more kitchen supplies (pots & pans, utensils , potholders). One of the chairs on side porch has an arm that’s not connected to chair, with screws/nails exposed. I reported to property management our last stay, but it had not been fixed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again! »

« The property and owner are top notch. The house was very clean and cozy . We had no issues.. I rented to the house for one of my employees who managed a business we purchased. He was there for two months and enjoyed the stay so much. He signed a one year lease. Doesn’t get much better than that. »

« We loved our stay at Cattail Cottage. It was cozy, comfortable and close to the shops in Cashiers. There were several outdoor spaces to enjoy. The kitchen has a great coffee/tea bar and it was stocked with samples for your visit. The owner also left a snack basket that we throughly enjoyed. Checkout was a breeze! »
