« This property was the perfect rental for our five nights stay in Sapphire, North Carolina. All the beautiful walking trails and waterfalls were within a short drive, the farmers market and tons of restaurants were about a five minute drive away and beautiful Lake. Fairfield was just a walk down the hill. The two-story townhouse had a lovely porch off the living room where we sit many evenings and enjoyed our wine. « The property is great and so cute! The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. It is a hike to get up there and the road is small, so make sure you are in a car good for that. We loved it and plan to stay there again. »

« Property is wonderful! Decor/furnishings are comfy & inviting. Kitchen has everything you need. View from the back porch is fantastic. Location to resort restaurant is very convenient, but you can hear music and noise from the resort's pool.Roads to get to the property are narrow, steep, twisty and hard on your brakes. Glad we drove our truck. Bring your own groceries if possible as food options are limited. Resort restaurant has great food but is pricey & doesn't serve hot breakfast. Leaving...

« This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again. »

« The condo was really very nice. Mostly updated and great for a couple or a small family. The management company was awful! They took anywhere from 2 to 5 days to respond to emails. The unit had an ironing board, but no iron. There was not one clothes hanger in the condo! The management company replied on the departure day that because there were no hangers listed on the amenity list, there were none in the condo. I ended up buying some, but that was just crazy! « Owner was responsive to communication through the site. Rental had gorgeous view of lush mountains while situated next to the river. Our stay (3 friends) was comfortable in the apartment - whole place was clean; beds were comfortable; water pressure in the shower was good. It was a straightforward 5-minute drive to WCU. »

« All in all it was a great property just needs a bit of fine tuning. It needs a few more amenities. For example: A few more bath towels.If cook in, large salad bowl, serving pieces, large pots and pans, wine glasses with stems, candles in case power goes out (of which it did).There are some maintenance issues that have been reported.
