« We really enjoyed staying at the Blankenship Farmhouse. We LOVED the PEACEFULNESS and the location as it was very close to the trails we had planned to hike. It was very roomy for our family of 6 and a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. It was very charming! »

« We had 10 people in our party, we enjoyed it very much. Very clean, spacious, the attention to detail and all the extra amenities make it very welcoming. Beautiful views of the mountains, very serene. Comfortable beds, large TV and comfy sofa in the den which is a separate living room to send the teens, family games, a cozy wood fire stove, large kitchen area to make a family dinner, all the amenities made it so nice! Perfect location between Avenue of the Giants and Eureka, our 2 destinations...

« Really enjoyed 3 nights/4 days at this property. We were up for CalPoly graduation and managed to find time for the Arcata Marsh, Farmers Market, shopping at Holly Yashi jewelry, hiking the Ladybird Grove, touring the Cal Poly campus and an eco-cruise on the Madaket in Eureka. The house was very comfortable, easy to find, had everything we needed. Would definitely come back! »

« Perfect location to experience the Historic town of Ferndale. The house renovations were beautifully done. The house was very roomy, and clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. There was even toys and games for the little ones. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great communication with the property manager. We had a great time and hope to stay again soon. »
