« The host was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. The heat wasn't working and the back door stuck going in and out. The host was quick to fix our heating issue. We ended up using the front door to go in and out. Also the Roku was not working properly. »

« We stayed at The Lodge at Our Texas Ranch for a couple of nights to attend a funeral. Staying at the property with all the animals was fun and a great distraction from our sadness. The host was very friendly and accommodating to us. We really enjoyed meeting all the animals and seeing them made us smile each time we stepped outside. It was the perfect setting for us! »
