« We had a family group of 8 adults and 5 children at the property for 4 nights and I can honestly say the accomodations exceeded our expectations in every way. It was clean, beds were comfortable, and all the rooms were spacious and family friendly. The outdoor space was super nice and children enjoyed the dock and kayaks immensely. There are plenty of outdoor areas to keep a group occupied without ever feeling like you need more space or more seating. We absolutely loved it! »

« We really enjoyed our time together in Grapeland visiting family and the festival. Our stay at the farm retreat was relaxing and enjoyable. Jim and Tonya, the owners, made us feel like part of the family as well. Everyone loved it when the adults, kids and grandkids were able to assist with the horses and donkey feeding. « This was a nice size home for the 6 of us. We had plenty of room to relax. The home has been updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans.The bedrooms were nice size for the queen beds.Plenty of towels in both bathrooms.The location of the home was close to stores and restaurants.There were several issues with the home that I will address with the host, but overall, it was a nice place to stay. »
