« We felt right at home in this house. The key pad was fussy when we first arrived, and VRBO's app did not help us reach the host...not her fault. Maybe the host could message her cell to future guests for emergencies. The house was adorable. Think cabin-y if you go...a bit of a musty smell and some uneven floors...but definitely a solid value with the well-stocked full kitchen, functional living room seating, and extremely comfortable small queen IKEA bed. « Beautiful property secluded but not too far from anything. Spent my 50th birthday here, June 21th-25th. Will absolutely book again in the fall. We never saw another person the whole time we were there. Perfect place to disconnect on Lake Superior. If you need to reconnect, run back up to the house. This place and location gives you many options. »

« Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a very steep stairway. The WiFi is spotty. We had to kill several giant house spiders (one on my bath towel) The beds were very hard. The location was great, close to Michigan Tech, Quincy Mine and it was a gorgeous drive to Copper Harbor. »
