« I stayed here for a night, unfortunately my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Even though I had already paid online, he questioned whether I had enough money in my account and asked me to pay again, along with an additional dollars as a security deposit. While the deposit was eventually refunded, the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and made the check-in experience uncomfortable. « Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...

« Great location , lovely clean air conditioned apartment , fully equipped. Plenty of parking available with cafes and shops nearby. Great communication from our host . »

« LA DÉCEPTION ! L’appartement est dans un tel état d’usage qu’il faudrait songer à le rénover , mobilier peinture décoration . Wifi efficace à 30% coupures incessantes , nombreuses zones non couvertes dans l’appartement, Aucune attention à notre arrivée pas même une bouteille d’eau ou un fond de café . Un manque évident de professionnalisme. À ÉVITER pour un rapport qualité prix bien en dessous de nos attentes . »
