« This property is beautiful, clean, the two of us girls felt very safe, it was comfortable, communication was great and the location was central to everywhere we wanted to be! On day 1 we watched the Fixer Upper episode (season 3, ep. 2) from the living room of the “brick house” which was so much fun! We did all things Magnolia, went antiquing and had pedicures in swings!Thanks for a great experience all around! »

« This craftsman home is gorgeous! Clearly someone took a lot of time and love to restore it to what it is today. My husband, brother, and sister-in-law all commented that we wanted to live in that home and wished we could move it to our respective cities. « It was extremely quiet, and it was very near good eating places and near our event. There wasn't soap or shampoo in bathroom but luckily, we always carry some and there wasn't real coffee. If we'd known this, we would have taken some. Otherwise, it was quaint and well thought out. »

« This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time! »

« The proximity of this home worked very well for us during our stay. There is no driveway to park in but plenty of street parking right in front of the house. We didn't actually spend much time in the house other than sleeping and getting ready. The owners carried the decorating theme throughout the whole house. There was plenty of hot water for 3 daily back-to-back showers. Plenty of towels and the sheets were very new looking and clean. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues. »

« This house is so cute! The beds are comfy, the decor beautiful, the backyard is so big and fun! I stayed here while picking up my college kid, and made dinner for his friends in the kitchen. The kitchen/dining area were perfect for hosting, and the house was easy to find. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival, but the host was quick to answer our call and help us to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Perfect accommodations and perfect location. The urban Myrtle was a great home that was comfortable, uniquely decorated with some quirky decor. A book which told you everything you needed to know and then some. We had our yearly girl cousin trip at the urban Myrtle and really enjoyed ourselves. There were 8 of us and the accommodations worked out perfect. This is definitely a 5 star. »

« We’re in town for a wedding. The house was the perfect size for us. The rooms were all big. The beds are comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The inside of the house looked just like the pictures and it had everything we needed. The couch sits 4 people comfortably and it’s easy to bring chairs in if you need more room for people to sit. « We had my husband’s 50th surprised birthday party there! We had no idea that there was a home for renting in Lakeside. When we go out fishing or just for sport, we have mostly used the Steal Creek Park boat ramp. The only road into and out of the park, is the same road that this beautiful property is located. We had a great and wonderful time! »
