« This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck! »

« We had a fantastic time.Brought our 2 Granddaughtersone who celebrated her 10th Birthday with Family.We stayed on the River as much as we could .In the process we saw Dolphins & Manatees our entire stay .Watching the Dolphins & Manatees out on the deck was AMAZING .Definitely recommend this place .Perfect location.Thank you to our Host Sonia for checking on us during our stay !! »

« Perfect as pictured!! The inside and outside were both clean and updated with Margaritaville themed decor throughout. All beds were comfy, living room furniture is roomy and solid with reclining chairs, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful! « Larry and his wife were absolutely amazing! My elderly dad was displaced from his home in Weeki Wachee due to electrical damage and I reside out of state. They went out of their way to personally greet him for me in my absence and we always willing to help and answer any questions. Their hospitality was superb! Would highly recommend. « This trip definitely exceeded our expectations. Drew was a great host. The home is newly updated and all the beds are very comfortable. The view of the river from the large windows on the second floor was beautiful. We saw many manatees right in front of the dock. We utilized the kayaks and explored the water which was very clear. At night we used the fire pit and relaxed and fished off the dock. We would definitely stay here again. »
