The included breakfast was an enjoyable surprise bc (strange as it may be for a 60+ yr old): Frosted Flakes (among other cereal options), various yogurts, 4 juice options, bagels & toast accompanied the egg white frittata, sausage & potatoes and 2 types of waffle batter + toppings for all. Truly a nice departure from the muffin, orange juice & coffee deemed...

« This was a great stopover on our way to friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bonus-I got to see my first manatee in the water right off the dock. I just wish the weather would have been warmer...Would stay here again. »

« Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. »
