« We had a wonderful stay at Heron Point. It was January and I knew it would be cold, so having a hot tub, a game room and a theater were high on our list. Heron Point did not disappoint. With 8 adults and 7 children (ages 2-14) there was something for everyone. The home was spacious and clean, the theater, game room and hot tub were spectacular, and the host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend! »

« Nice looking house on the inside. Very modernized. Clean when you look at it with an untrained eye. However, during our stay we saw multiple hairs and dust bunnies on the floor, the stovetop appeared used, pee on the toilet seat of the guest bathroom with a stream going down the front, stream going down the bathroom in master, toe nail clippings on the rug in the living room, and the sheets on the master were not well fitted and had issues with corners coming off and feeling bunched under you...

« Everything was wonderful! The ease of access, the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful rooms, fireplaces, everything! Short of groceries, we had everything we needed to enjoy a week away! There were a couple of things that could have made things a little easier - figuring out how to operate the fireplace and the thermostat were a little tough. « The house was beautiful! We had a little trouble to start out with electronic keypad, but Zak was very responsive and talked us through it. There were a few issues with things not being in order regarding dirty grill left by another tenant, spa not having correct chemicals to treat the water. « The house was very clean, check in was super easy, host was very responsive but what impressed me the most was how WELL the kitchen was stocked!! We are a cooking family and cooked the whole entire time, EVERY meal and not once did we need a utensil, pot or pan. Super close to the grocery store in case we needed something. The view was breathtaking! Would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a relaxing time near the water with friends or family. »
