« The house was beautiful! We had a little trouble to start out with electronic keypad, but Zak was very responsive and talked us through it. There were a few issues with things not being in order regarding dirty grill left by another tenant, spa not having correct chemicals to treat the water. These appeared to be due to the cleaning company between tenants, but again, Zak came right out and rectified all issues. « We had a wonderful stay at Heron Point. It was January and I knew it would be cold, so having a hot tub, a game room and a theater were high on our list. Heron Point did not disappoint. With 8 adults and 7 children (ages 2-14) there was something for everyone. The home was spacious and clean, the theater, game room and hot tub were spectacular, and the host was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend! »

« Nice looking house on the inside. Very modernized. Clean when you look at it with an untrained eye. However, during our stay we saw multiple hairs and dust bunnies on the floor, the stovetop appeared used, pee on the toilet seat of the guest bathroom with a stream going down the front, stream going down the bathroom in master, toe nail clippings on the rug in the living room, and the sheets on the master were not well fitted and had issues with corners coming off and feeling bunched under you...

« Great house with amazing lake views. We were there in December (with snow), so not a lot of outdoor activities for us. The house was perfect, with enough room for the 8 of us. The family room in the basement was amazing for watching movies, and all the bedrooms were comfortable. »
