« We loved the cottage. It's on beautiful property. Made us feel at home. Kitchen well supplied. Because I'm in my 70's, I had a hard time figuring out where to enter the access code. My kids would have had no problems. There were a number of things near the door and it took me a while to figure it out. That's probably on me, but you could mention where to enter the code. »

« This was a great house to stay in for a quick trip to Martinsville-- Plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking. There were three bedrooms (all with double or larger beds) and one bathroom. Easy to check in and great set up. Thanks! »

« This property is instantly inviting and comfortable. The owners/hosts have virtually everything labeled and clearly marked, which was super helpful. It is located in a quiet residential area, but also very close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a relaxing few days and would definitely stay again when in town. »

« We loved the property! Great location to all that we were doing while in the area! Would stay here again. We would like to suggest since we are older folks with limited tech savvy, please leave a list of what each remote does. There were so many it was over whelming! Other than the TV we never figured out what the others did especially the ones in the bathrooms. Also we had never seen those types of bathroom mirrors and could not figure out how to dim or turn off the three lights on the mirror...

« Wonderful property! Convenient location. Spacious for our family of 6. Layout is nice everybody has their own space. The beds are comfortable and outdoor space is great with deck and hot tub. Decor is cute and makes you feel at home. Kitchen well equipped. Only negative is in summer the master bedroom is super hot —about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house—which could be easily fixed with a window unit and ceiling fan. Batteries were dead in one of the remotes. Owner was very responsive...

« We stayed at Boogie church for a long weekend art retreat. It's a fun, one-of-a-kind property filled with history and humor. There is a lot of space / huge rooms. We enjoyed eating in the dining room each evening. The beds are comfortable and it's nice to have an ac/heat unit in each bedroom. Danville is a pretty, quiet city. We walked to the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning. Jeremy was very responsive and check in and check out was easy. This is a funky place but that's why it's special! »

« The house is nicely redone inside. Nice new appliances and everything worked just fine. There is a bit of a grease ant problem. Kitchen was not stocked. Only thing there was a disposable salt and pepper shaker. No spices, no condiments. There was one small box of sandwich bags but no other things like tinfoil or plastic wrap. No napkins. Just a roll of paper towels. My thought is that kind of thing should be disclosed in the listing.My main concern is the hood-like neighborhood. People speeding...

There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room.
