« The reason I did not leave a 5 star review is because of several attempts to fix the TV and no one at VRBO took it seriously... until I texted the owners (whom I know) and they contacted VRBO. NONE of my messages that had very clear instructions on what was required were passes along to the local VRBO staff. When the tech arrived, he had no idea what was wrong or what I had informed VRBO over the prior 3 days. »
