« Nestled on the edge of the river this cottage was a perfect getaway. Sit on the deck and listen to the rippling music of the water and watch the cows and deer in the fields during the day or take in the stars after dark. Inside, everything was spotless and felt new. The bathroom was amazing. Waynesville and everything you could need is just a 15 min drive although there a few smaller stores just mins away. Would stay again without a second thought. »

« The house was everything it said it was. It had everything we needed to enjoy the fall weekend. It is close enough to Asheville and other sites to get to in an hour, but in a quiet residential neighborhood so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved the wood floors as I have allergies and carpet sometimes bothers me. »

« The caboose and adjoining bath house were fabulous! All the little extras made for such a fantastic stay. The hosts thought of so many things to make the stay exceptional. Umbrellas, lanterns, snacks, mini fridge, the waterfall, the heater on the porch, the fire pit, the grill, the bathrobes and so many other little touches. Very welcoming! »

« This house was amazing! Old school hospitality at its finest. If you are looking to unplug and enjoy nature and true time with your people this is it. The host was so nice and really connects with her guests. The only suggestion I would make is more window units since only two of the rooms have them but there were box fans provided for the other rooms. « This was the cutest place, perfect for my girls trip, but would be great for a couple or small family as well. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and MUCH more. It truly felt like a spa with all of the accommodations provided. I will definitely book this cottage again as I plan to go back to Lake Junaluska in the future. »
