« we paid for early check in, however, seems as though it was not communicated and by the time we were able to get in the house, it was nearly the normal check-in time which turns out to be a waste of money for me..Also there were no instructions on turning on the heat which we were doing incorrectly and had to wait in a 45 deg house until someone came to adjust it- also we had to call about the fire place - and the recliner seats did not work »

« My husband and I and two young children stayed for 7 days to visit family. It was super clean and you can tell a lot of thought was put in it to make it feel cozy. There are plenty of board games, all the dishware you need, lots of nice towels, and the beds were comfortable with extra pillows provided. It has black out blinds in each bedroom which we loved for better sleep. Easy to get in touch with the landlord. We had a great stay! »
