Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. « Overall our stay was great. The apartment is very cool and unique and is in a great location for exploring Cave City and Mammoth Cave National Park although there really is nothing to do in Horse Cave. The apartment was clean and offered many conveniences like a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the AC and TV worked well. The only reasons I could not give it a 5 were the entry door and shower. The door is very old and does not offer much security. One kick would easily open it. ...

"I enjoyed my stay in the National park. The historical cabins are conveniently located. Closed to the restaurants and trails. Cave tours are amazing. However the cabins are getting old and there was a persistent muggy smell inside. The AC was too loud. Even with my earplugs, I had hard time to fall asleep. "
