« Had to bring my brother to MD Anderson for Cancer Treatments. This apartment was PERFECT!!! Gave him the privacy he needed and was only a few blocks from the Hospital!! We will be using this place again when we have to return! Comfortable, Clean, Secure, and Convenient!!! »

« Great rental location exceptional property. Inside was so well decorated. Fabulous view Clean and affordable rental we will definitely be returning. The grocery store across the street was a plus and yes we walked there »

« Great location, walking distance to medical center hospitals. Apartment is a small two bedroom unit on the building, looks larger on photos. »

« My husband and I were in town for the Beyonce concert and the hotels were way too expensive. I came across this cozy looking condo near NRG Stadium and I must say from booking to checking out we were not disappointed! Cost efficient, clean, close to attractions, the host was commutated with me throughout the trip and side note the decor is very nice. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thanks! »

« This property is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Houston. It's in a quiet apartment complex with beautiful landscaping. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. The bed is so comfortable that I slept better than I have in a long time. I will definitely save this place for future trips. »

« Check-in, facilities, and proximity to restaurants were very nice. There was a very very loud house party at a nearby different rental, so I’m not sure I’d recommend for a family. Though, it could have just been our bad luck. The garage was not quite big enough for our vehicle so we parked on the street, which was easy enough. Still highly recommend for a group of friends! »

« Everything was clean and had a great view from patio of pool and water! Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping! Would stay again! »

« Great location and property. Clean comfortable space. Good communication. Minor wish list, hair dryer missing, bathroom fan needs maintenance and would be great to have tv option in bedroom. Would stay again. »

« This property had what we needed without paying for excess. Queen bed for the two of us, full bath, complete kitchen and eating area as well as lounging area. Host provided all necessities and some considerate treats. Especially enjoyed the pool right outside of our patio area. Pool area was very clean and well kept, highlight of our stay. We will book again. »
