« The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. I would not recommend the home for someone with mobility issues as the bathroom is very cramped & you need to be able to walk up a few steps to get to the doorway of the home as there is only 1 entry/exit. « This was a perfect set up for our group of 6 attending a concert in Ames. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of space and only 15 minutes from the stadium. I also appreciated the extra touches like the welcome basket and to go coffee cups. Would highly recommend this place! »

I struggled to sleep due to the thin walls of the apartment building. The sounds of the neighboring residents seemed to be amplified.
