« Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!! « Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended! »

« We arrived in the middle of the night and couldn’t get the smart lock to open. We called the support number, but no one answered.
