« Overall, this was unfortunately not the best rental experience we’ve had. I had to reach out to the host to get the check-in information, including the door code and check-in/check-out times. The house was not as clean as expected and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. To the host’s credit, they responded quickly and had a plumbing issue resolved almost immediately, which we appreciated. However, communication throughout the stay was generally slow, and overall, we did not feel the property...

« Too early to check out at 10:00 with not flexiblity even for an hour to extend the checkout, someone came outside the house even before checkout time starring us was very annoying and scarry when we had kids, the lock code did not work, had to to call 4:00 am to get the right code, none of the 3 bath rooms has tolet paper holder, no place to hang towel or clothes in any bath room. only 3 towels for 6 people for 5 days stay, no paper towel at all. »
