« Everything is as listed on the website, is a relax quiet and the beach is a walking distance from lot, the only downside is a low phone signal on Tmobile service, water in ocean wasn’t as clear as Mexico’s beach, but not sure if is always like that or just the days i was there , i would definitely come back, the stars view at night was amazing,🙂🙂 »

« This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find! »

« We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path. « This is a great location with just a short easy walk to the beach! The only downside is that it is very tight to maneuver into the lot from Cancun drive which is a one lane road with a white fence running right down the left side of it and a light/electricity pole on the right to maneuver between while backing/turning in.
