« We loved this spot so much. It was so peaceful & PSJ is always simply amazing. I would definitely come back. The literal ONLY downfall is the amount of pokey stickers in the grass, they are pretty bad. So make sure you have shoes. But you’re right on the beach, the surrounding houses were quiet, it was perfect- wish we stayed longer! »

« This property is as advertised and great for RVs who want to be near the beach without the RV park! There is another site next door but we didn't know they were there with the site setup and space. The owners were great and super nice and friendly and we got to meet them by chance at the end of our trip. The pavilion, fire pit and sandlot on the site are perfect touches! Would definitely recommend! Great find! »

« We come to the Cape ever year and first time at this spot. We enjoyed our time here and love when we can stay in our own camper! Our side was balmy breazes One and the sewage pipe is a bit high. It made it difficult to properly drain our tanks. Next time we hope to rent the other side because of this. About a 2 min walk to the beach along a nice path. Beach currently is short so we have to go to the left or right of beach entrance but it was ok with us. Just wanted to put in a heads up in the...
