« Very nice and clean property , comfy king beds . Nice size bedrooms , large closets , no dressers . No biggie , we were only there a couple nights. Backyard walkout patio , lots of open yard space if you wanted to to play yard games . No cookie sheet pans , small coffee pot , 2 cup per. Otherwise , kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property . And not far from beautiful downtown Cedar falls . I give a 5 star rating . »

« Our favorite thing about this unique property was all the little discoveries throughout. We got to read about the history of The Old Mill which was a wonderful glimpse into the past of this place. The games, books, history, and antiques in every nook and cranny was very fun to look at and use if we chose to. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could've needed and so many complimentary items. Communication with the host was seamless and Diana was very hospitable. Very fun spot right on...

« We couldn't have asked for a better experience for our stay here! Seclusion and peace, while having space to enjoy the outdoors! Kade was incredibly accommodating and responsive and the property was impeccable. I loved the 2nd level patio and the pergola-covered deck area overlooking the pond! We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the patio furniture while watching our boys in the back. My 3 boys LOVED fishing off the dock, jumping on the trampoline, and going in the boat!
