« Bathroom had long black hair on floor on arrival. Pastries at morning breakfast were dry and stale. Coffee was lukewarm from dispenser. »

« We were in Cedar Falls for the AAU Iowa State Championship meet. The breakfast didnt have any breakfast style eggs (hard boiled only) no waffles. The hotel states the rooms are sound proofed, but they arent! kids were running up and down the halls at least until 11ish pm, when we had to be up and checked out by 645 am »

Am a little torn because I want to make sure everyone knows it's a great place to stay, but at the same time want to keep it my own secret so it's available whenever I want to go back! »

« Room smelled of mold and smoke. Gave an elderly couple an upstairs room with pets. Was not able to regulate the heat in the room. We left after 1 day, owner was unresponsive. Would not recommend. »

« For the price it worked out very nice. Large room with fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker. Extra bonus they had a Tesla charger out back I could charge with. Gated parking was nice and the rooms had easy access with coded lock.Jack was a good communicator With all that though, even though they had strict warnings against smoking and a large fine attached if caught, the room still smelled like strong smoke, which I couldn't get past. »

« If you want a small room with minimal amenities this one's for you. It was pet friendly-ish. Plenty of room to walk around the parking lot. Auto parts store next door had a big lawn. The neighborhood wasn't sketchy exactly but it was very strip mall. On the bright side, a Maid Ride just down the street! »

« Host was very friendly and communicated very well! The place was inviting and homey. Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect! Would definitely stay here again. »
