« This stay was better than expected! We absolutely loved the location and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear so getting in and out was easy, and it was worth it to pay for the parking (only $10) and be able to park right downstairs. It is summer, so probably not the busiest, but there were plenty of parking spots available. We really appreciated the bottles of water, snacks, ear plugs, etc. (PS we did not use the ear plugs and found the apartment...

« The property was very clean and orderly. Plenty of room for a family of 4. While we stayed for only 2 nights, we would have enjoyed the property for a longer period of time. The kitchen was nicely stocked for any duration of stay. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We used the washer and dryer-very nice quality. Property was also aesthetically pleasing. It was evident every decision was mindfully made. The location was convenient to great restaurants and downtown. We would stay here...

« I would definitely stay here again. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting. Also, we aware of the noise! The businesses around him have pounding noises day and night. They also have their trash...

« Space was very pleasant and accommodating for us. Had a slight issue with the key fob but the property manager was super responsive and fixed it quickly. Location was neat with a pizza joint & brewery essentially attached to the loft apartments. Would book again and recommend for a small family or couple »

« The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us. »
