« Prime location for walking to shopping, dining, and nightlife. Downside is the road has constant traffic and is very loud. Would stay again but will bring earplugs for sleeping. »

« Very nice apartment in a location close to all downtown amenities.Everything in the apartment was top notch and in good condition.The host was very communicative and kept us well informed as our stay approached.I would highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again if returning to Greenville. »

« We loved the apartment but most importantly we were able to host our grandkids (3 and 5) during the day because they had a new baby sister on Dec 23They enjoyed being at the apartment with us .Their parents were busy so we were able to make this holiday fun for them too!! »

« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »

« This unit is a great place to stay to enjoy Greenville. The location is just a half block off Main St, but it is not noisy at all. The unit is spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen if you want to do any cooking in the room. You can walk to any of the downtown attractions easily, including a nearby grocery store if you want to get snacks or food for the room. « We had a wonderful stay in Greenville over the Thanksgiving weekend! The apartment is beautiful and spacious with huge windows, high ceilings and lots of natural light. We felt completely at home and comfortable there. The building has plenty of walking areas around it and even a dog park on premises for our pet. And the location is perfect. Everywhere we needed to go was just a few minutes away. We look forward to coming back again and highly recommend it! »
