« Room was clean and staff was friendly. Negative areas were: For 3 person occupancy only enough supplies for one coffee. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Onsite restaurant was overpriced. »

« Took forever at the front desk and we were the only people up there. Also, the beds were so horribly noisy. If you rolled over in one of the queen beds in the middle of the night, it was so loud it woke up the person in the other bed. »

« Expensive without any significant amenities such as complimentary breakfast nor parking. Rooms small and housekeeping at my location was not good. Had to call and chase down room attendant every day of my 3 night stay. Room coffee maker was sub par as were the bath towels which were flimsy. I, personally, expected much better from the Marriott brand. Rooms were also noisy from slamming doors, even heard next room’s TV. »

« Staff was nice. The property needs an overall renovation. It didn’t seem dirty just old. Things just need upgraded in general. Kinda basic. I didn’t see the pool but I don’t think it was open. I also didn’t see the bar/lounge/restaurant which I think is under construction. Just not much vibrancy here but for the price, it was ok. Our biggest issue was the room had no tissues or shower gel stocked. We took “shampoo showers.” It’s kind of “off the path” from downtown. That could be good or not...

« This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute. »
