« There is noise from neighbors. Make sure to book in advance. Ac doesn’t work as well as it could. Still 5/5 stars nobody is perfect »

« The location is FABULOUS!! And everything you need is in the unit. It is one of the more fully stocked kitchens I have seen in regards to supplies for cooking/eating! Hosts are easy to communicate with. Having the deck is a beautiful option to sit outside with morning coffee or evening drinks. Very quiet building and area. »

« Absolutely loved our stay! This was such a cute place — clean, well-furnished, and in the perfect downtown location. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, shops, and Falls Park. It was the perfect little getaway spot, and we’ll definitely be booking again for a quick night away! »

« Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay. »

« The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! Overall amazing stay. Would easily recommend to friends/family and will be back for another great stay! »

« Great location »

« Very clean, perfectly located property! Feels even more spacious in person. Everything was just a 5 or 10 minute walk away (or right downstairs!). We loved being able to go out for a walk or coffee or a meal and easily pop back into the apartment in between. The space is very "open concept" - as the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling in the guest bedroom and there were sliding barn doors without locks on both bedroom doors. Not a problem for us - but something to keep in mind depending...

« This Downtown Dreamin' Condo was amazingly large, equipped, clean and within walking distance of everything! Highly recommend and will be back!! »

« The location was perfect. There is a convenience store that sells fast food & a food court across the street. Breakfast place really close. The place was clean. It is over a restaurant so its loud till about 1am on weekends but it didn't really bother us. »

« This is a lovely condo in a great part of town. Perfect for a couple or small family. The decor is fantastic, and the patio overlooking the ballfield is delightful, whether there is a game or not. Will be back! »

« We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville. »

« I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere. »
