« Cet hébergement est franchement trop dispendieux pour l’état des lieux tombe littéralement en ruine:douche brisée et dangereuse,literie douteuse La bâtisse et les chambres ont besoin d’entretien Le déjeuner est offert mais trop tard je crois que 7 heures serait grandement apprécié avec peut être un service de café offert plus tôt et en libre service Nous ne retournerons plus dans cette endroit pourtant nous aimons bien le quartier »

« This property is absolutely lovely. I stayed for a wedding near a local vineyard & got in really late from my flight. Accessing the room was easy & it was very clean. The property owners were great & extremely friendly (despite my small interaction due to wedding things) i would stay here again just for the coziness of it all. »

« It was a lovely stay. We went for our anniversary. They had champagne in our bedroom for us, the breakfast was excellent and so many fresh ingredients. The beds were comfy the whole atmosphere was very inviting. »

« This is a charming bed and breakfast. Anmenities are high end, so is the service. We stayed in a room circa 1752. The bedding however was more recent and very luxurious. The grounds are impeccable, with flowers and trimmed hedges everywhere. There are fields and even a little nature trail in the woods on the property. Its ideally located in Virginia wine country and in proximity to the homes of three past presidents, all of which you can visit. If you feel like shopping or eating out,...

« Un propriétaire très accueillant. Une maison au charme vieillissant mais peut être typiquement américain. Un petit déjeuner copieux où on peut avoir le plaisir d'échanger avec les autres hôtes et le propriétaire. Grande propriété au calme avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. A proximité des grottes de Luray. »

« The Inn was on a lovely property near a river walk. An amazing ale house is also on the property. Very quaint and comfortable. Games, books and a front porch swing were provided. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. The Breakfests were exceptional with delightful farm fresh eggs and produce. Overall it was a very relaxing and fun getaway. A side note that Sperryville is a weekend town there was not much to do during the week. »

« Notre chambre située dans le cottage a côté de la maison principale était spacieuse et très bien équipée. Même si la voie de chemin de fer passe juste à côté cela n'est guère dérangeant. Les cookies disponibles dès votre accueil et les pâtisseries faites maison au petit déjeuner son un régal. Charlottesville est une petite ville pleine de charme. La rue commerçante est très agréable et à proximité immédiate de l'établissement. »

« Fun and historic B&B with very lovely owner/hosts. Pam and William are a delight and the home is comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast served daily with coffee and tea all day. Great places to curl up with a book or, enjoy the outdoor seating. Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, If you're interested, William will be happy to show you around and share some history of the house. Great visit! »

« The gourmet breakfasts truly were that! The hosts cannot be more gracious. Afternoon snacks and welcome wine are terrific. The grounds and building are beautiful and we could walk to everywhere in town. Lovely experience. »

"Si l'immeuble est magnifique, les chambres sont moyennement confortable: climatisation individuelle peu efficace et très bruyante. Literie moyenne, salle de bain très petite. Par contre le restaurant est très agréable bien qu'en sous-sol. Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'image de l'hôtel"

"Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
