« When we arrived at the marina we were very surprised and frustrated to find out that we needed a boat to get to the houseboat. After looking back at the VRBO ad there was 1 small line all the way at the bottom of the entire page that mentioned that detail. In my opinion that is a very important detail that should have been upfront and bold. I tried calling and texting the owner who initially did not respond. « We have never stayed in a houseboat before and this experience was great! The accommodations were clean and well stocked. We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat. We would absolutely stay again. The cons, if your a Verizon customer you pretty much have NO Service. »
