« Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...

The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. « You cannot beat this location! The space was clean and comfy. Not strong on amenities so make sure to bring your own or hit the store for coffee, oil, etc. upon arrival. They do provide a starter pack of toiletries and kitchen items like soap, sponge, etc. kind of bare bones but enough to make do!
