« The location exceeded expectations! Garage parking a block down was inexpensive, and we never needed our car. We walked everywhere and always felt safe—around downtown, down to the river for Calhoun’s barbeque, as well as our favorite outing, the Knoxville Museum of Art. Market Square is right outside the door and offers plenty to do—Tuesday night free outdoor concert, Wednesday morning farmer’s market, shady spots to enjoy Cruze Farm ice cream, shopping & meals. « It was great - hosts communicated so well, and were ready to help. It was a sweet little spot, and in good weather, a nice walking distance from downtown (1 mile ish). There was some unfortunate tree sap that coated my car, but other than that, it was great. »

« Best find ever! Amazing location. Clean and well appointed apartment. Check-in incredibly easy. We had a car with a Thule on top so had to find outdoor parking and there was one right across apt off of Gay Street. Right next to Chivvo Tera restaurant. Pretty inexpensive too. Super convenient to apt. My only regret is I didn’t find it freshman year as my daughter is now a senior. Would have been staying here the whole time! »

« Very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of space for my husband and me. Comfortable bed. Although I was sent details of the check-in process, I was a little confused about the fob/door code but it all worked out. Very convenient to walk around the corner to several restaurants, etc. at the Market Square. Recommend! »

« Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town »
