« Everything was great, host very responsive »

« This rental was perfect for our family of four. Very convenient to Ober Mountain and Gatlinburg, but toward the top of a mountain so it was nice and quiet. It was too cold outside for us to make good use of the porches or hot tub, but the view was lovely and as advertised. We fixed several meals in the kitchen and all was good (the only thing we couldn't find that we needed were potholders, but that was no big deal). « First off, the host Michael, is an awesome host. Super communicative and helpful, the way true customer service should be. He definitely enhanced our stay. And second, the house is fantastic! We have three kids and they had an absolute blast while at the house between the pool table, arcades, and hot tub. The layout is great with three king suites (two upstairs and one downstairs), and the views are incredible! We loved the house and all the cool decor that made it feel like a mountain house....
