« Great communication led to smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay »

« Kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast and snacks; we ate dinners at two very good nearby restaurants. The entire unit was clean and comfy, with up-to-date facilities. The new (to us) bed in the second bedroom was nice. We do focus on location, and this place suits us just fine. Communication with the host was great. We plan on returning! »

« Spectacular view overlooking the lake and mountains from every room!! I’d love to see it in the summer. Comfortable bed, big fluffy bath sheets. Everything was updated. Parking on same level as entrance so no stairs. Basement apartment so low ceiling but it just made it feel cozy. Host was lovely to work with and very helpful. »

« It could use a better cleaning!! Some of the furniture is in need of replacing. Needs better pots/pans for sure. Needs a portable grill. It would be nice to if been able to hang our clothes up. And the hot tub did get warm but not hot. Other than that, the king beds were great! And the pillows. And the views were nice. »

« We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. Can't really comment for the place inside because we didn't even see it, but more pictures of the apartment should be listed, and...

« Loved our stay! House was fully stocked and plenty of towels and linens! The beds were super comfy. We rested well after spending our days wandering around in Bryson City. We loved our visit so much. The owner Josh was a pleasure. He was so nice and answered all of my many questions very promptly. The house was just a short drive to Bryson City so everything was close by. Would recommend staying here when visiting the area! »

« Checking in was very easy and smooth. When we arrived it was after 11pm and the room was quite cold. I was not sure if there wasn’t heat at all for if it wasn’t on. We didn’t feel comfortable contacting the owner so late so we bundled up. Also, the majority of the outlets did not work so we couldn’t charge our phones unless they were hooked up in the bathroom. The next morning, my fiancé had an important work call to take before we began our day. The WiFi was not working. We had just come back...

« Cabin was in good shape with furniture that looks nice but was not comfortable. Cabin was cleaned from the last renters but weeks ago. So had a lot of dust and the porches was nasty and the grill need replaced. No wash cloths. Listed a washer and dryer but not ether. Fire ring need some redoing, needs some rocks not mud. Cabin have some good, but need a lot improvement. »
