« The location was near downtown Rome, good shopping, restaurants, and pubs. Honestly, at times you do hear the train going through in the distance, but not enough to deter you from renting this property. The host was very receptive and responded quickly to any of my communication. I would definitely stay here again! »

« I have to give this property a 5 STAR . Very clean and equipped as well as calming effect with the water flowing over the rocks in the river below. Something for all ages from game room,tubing or fishing right outside.The family time was excellent here. Already want to return and just left. Thanks for a great place to stay!! »

« The cabin was just as it was depicted in the photos and the host. Damon provided all the information that we need to get into the cabin smoothly and quickly. We had a great time at the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin. It was only two of us and it was plenty of room. Another advantage is the gated communityit was a smooth drive up to the cabin and just moments away from Ellijay. thank you again, Damon for allowing us the pleasure of staying in your cabin. »

« Perfect spot for some R&R. The house was very clean and cozy with a woodburning fireplace and also had a very well equipped kitchen. House is located at the end of road, so very private. Loved the river right out front (teenage boys fished but didnt catch much) and there was a nice trail behind the house for a hike. So many deer!! Loved the game room downstairs perfect for our rainy day. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again! »

« We stayed here for a weekend family getaway and had a wonderful time. The property is absolutely beautiful—right on the water with its own private dock. Although the weather didn’t quite cooperate for swimming, we still enjoyed fishing off the dock and taking in the peaceful lake views. « Great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, and local shops all within walking distance. The property was exactly as described and met expectations.The only challenges during this stay were related to VRBO as a platform. The fees were not clearly displayed until after booking, and the One Key balance did not apply even when choosing a listing that appeared under the One Key filter. « This was a perfect spot for us while visiting our daughter who is a student at Berry College. There were five of us adults and one infant. It’s a beautiful, modern and clean space. Tennis courts if you play and nice outside area to sit. Fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill. The beds are comfortable. Check in and out was seamless and communication with host excellent. Will stay again at this spot! Big bonus for us was the Tesla charger! »
