« Great accommodations with 5 bedrooms. All beds are kings or queen with comfortable mattresses. Nice walk-in showers. House was clean and appeared newly renovated. Close to interstate but on quiet residential street. Peaceful, wooded area at back of house, which can be enjoyed from deck or patio. Two car parking garage. 10 to 15 minutes to Lakepoint Sports complex. Host was courteous and responsive. Would stay there again. »

« We stayed in this property while our son played baseball in Cartersville. The property was clean and looks as advertised. The steps are challenging leading up to the house so someone should keep that in mind if there are mobility issues. The mattresses and linens should be upgraded. No one slept great. All in all, I am pleased with the rental because the nightly rate compensated for some of the average features. »

« The property is beautiful. The location is 5 stars. here is the rest of the reality. We arrive 4:15. The cleaners left us with no towels and a running dryer that took 5 runs to get them dry and we had to do it for them. The kayaks have no kayak paddles. The AC took 6 hours to cool enough to sleep in the upstairs bed. It cannot keep up with the hot days. we had to stay downstairs until the smoke detector woke all of us up at 2am and then no one could sleep. unable to get the smoke detector...

« Monica was a great host. The property was as described - it’s the bottom floor of a two-story home. It is very secure and a great size. A lot of work went into the creation of the space. Monica’s communication was top notch and she responded quickly to all questions. It was perfect for a LakePoint tournament stay!! Thank you!! »

« What an amazing and family bonding stay!! Absolutely perfect and great communication from host! The jacuzzi's were clean, hot, and ready for us. There was fresh firewood for us and the cabin had everything we needed. I look forward to returning in the future :) »

« This house is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for our large family gathering for a nearby wedding.The only 2 downsides: it’s near a train track, so bring earplugs or white noise if you’re a light sleeper, and the front porch was under construction while we were there, so we weren’t able to enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts were super responsive and friendly. »
