« We absolutely loved The Cottage in the Woods! So peaceful and relaxing. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were amazing. The hostess had decorated the cabin for Xmas and even left snacks for us in a basket. We highly recommend this cabin and resort and would definitely stay there again. »

« This is a very nice cabin and very equipped. It was very clean on the inside and had all sort of items one might forget e.g phone chargers. The exterior was a little dirty with spider webs and you need an SUV 4x4 to be able to drive the road to the cabin. It is a little bit of a hassle but all in all, I would definitely recommend it. We enjoyed our stay very much and the fire pit next to the river was very relaxing. »

« Deer outside every morning and night was awesome. Couldn’t use fire pit outside because of dry windy weather. Very cute and clean cabin. Perfect for our family of 5. Except there is only one shower. Two bathrooms one downstairs has shower sink and toilet. The one upstairs has only toilet and sink. The downstairs bathroom has heated floors which is awesome but it’s small so the positioning of the toilet nd sink is akward. You can rest your chin on the sink while you sit down to pee. »

« My husband and I booked this rental for our 15 year anniversary. We are from Florida and don’t get to venture north much. It was important for us to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy a change of scenery. This was the answer. We were blown away with the property and the views. The smell of cedar in the air really allows you to hone in on your home away from home. The location of the treehouse in proximity to town is unheard of for the secludedness of the treehouse.
